These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Abstrakt Health’s software, platform, and related services at https://abstrakthealth.com. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Abstrakt Health grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use our software and services as described in your order form. All services are provided remotely unless otherwise agreed.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree to:

  • Use the services only as permitted by law.
  • Keep your account credentials secure.
  • Notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.

 

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or transfer the services to third parties.
  • Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the software.
  • Use the services to infringe on the rights of others.

Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all fees as set forth in your agreement or order form. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Late payments may result in suspension of services and additional charges.

 

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the services and software belong to Abstrakt Health or its licensors. You retain ownership of your data but grant us a license to use it as needed to provide the services.

 

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only as necessary to fulfill the agreement.

Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your data.

 

Term and Termination

The agreement is effective as of the date you accept these Terms and continues until terminated. Either party may terminate for material breach with notice. Upon termination, you must stop using the services and may request your data within 30 days.

 

Limitation of Liability

Abstrakt Health is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the six months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Abstrakt Health against claims arising from your use of the services or data you provide.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

 

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
